AUCTION DESCRIPTION
Burled Cherry Grandfather Clock: Lot 7 LR
Beautiful Ridgeway Martinsville Grandfather Clock, Model 2505, with a large lyre-shaped brass pendulum and three large weights.
With an elegant swan neck pediment, fully turned finial, decorative shell overlay and raised burl veneer on the front crown, the cabinet is in the Glen Arbor Cherry finish on select hardwoods and veneers.
Reeded posts with turned capitols surround the clock's dial and a detailed embossed molding runs along the bottom of the front locking door.
A functioning pierced moon dial with raised Arabic numerals, decorative embossed center and corner designs compliment the matching banded weight shells and lyre pendulum with 10 5/8" (270mm) embossed center disk.
A fancy burl image on the back panel is highlited by an internal light. The sides and locked front beveled-glass panels allow the attractive interior works to be easy viewed.
Cable-driven, triple chime movement offers a choice of Westminster, Whittington or St. Michael chimes.
German made, 8 day mechanism features bronze bushings and milled ratchet wheels for extra durability and long movement life.
Solid brass "Kieninger" movement features available Automatic night shut-off (11pm-7am)..
There is a crank handle that is used to set the clock.
Excellent condition with very minimal scratches.

3. If you bid, you MUST be available to pick up your purchases on the scheduled pick up date unless you have made prior shipping arrangements.

Pick-Up--Communucate With Us!
Call (864) 243-8805 to schedule a pick up time. When the auction ends auction winners will receive an invoice providing you with the exact address for pick up. You must contact us immediately to give us your approximate arrival time. Under normal circumstances we will stay as late as needed to accomodate late arrivals if (and only if) you have informed us of your anticipated arrival time.
Requirements for Payment & Pick-Up
If you have not made payment by the time of Pick-Up, and you fail to show for the scheduled pick up you forfeit any claim to the property. Forfeited property may be sold to another buyer. Exceptions to this rule will be made under the following conditions: if the Customer has contacted C.T. via telephone (not email) before Pick-Up to inform C.T. that the Customer is not able to come for scheduled Pick-Up, and if the Customer makes arrangements for payment that are approved by C.T.
Property that has been paid for yet has not been Picked-Up by the end of the Pick-Up day will be considered abandoned and subject to no refund. Any exceptions to this rule must be agreed to by Caring Transitions in advance.
Transporting Items
Customers failing to pick up their items on the scheduled day of pick up will be charged a $25.00 handling and $1.00 per day storage fee for property transported from its original location to our storage location. If the size of the item is such that a "special trip" is required to transport the item mileage ($0.55 per mile) and an hourly fee of $50.00 per hour will also be imposed. NO EXCEPTIONS. Paid-for property transported to storage by CT will be forfeited and subject to being resold if not picked up within 7 days.

Customers who have not paid and who have not contacted us by 9 AM on pick-up day forfeit any claim to the property. Forfeited property may be sold to another buyer. Any property not picked up by auction winners, paid or unpaid, will be considered Abandoned and subject to being resold unless buyer has made arrangements which are acceptable to CT. 5. No refund will be issued for abandoned property for which payment was made. 6. A $25.00 fee will be charged for property picked up after the conclusion of pick up day unless approved at least 24 hours before the end of the auction. 7. Property not picked up, which must be moved is subject to a $50.00 moving fee, plus $1.00 per day storage. After 7 days this property will be considered abandoned. 8. Please bring enough help to lift, carry, and load your purchases, and a vehicle with enough space to hold your items. 9. Everything is sold as is. No warranties are given or implied. All sales are final. 10. If you have questions about property being auctioned send a question, or call us before bidding. 11. You bid is a legal contract to pay for the items you win. DO NOT bid if you are not able or willing to pay. We will hold you legally responsible for damages caused by failing to pay for an auction, or fraudulent bidding. 12.
